Cancelling Your Booking
If you or anyone in your group needs to cancel a confirmed booking, you must let us know in writing. The cancellation will only be effective once we receive your written notice, and the cancellation date will be the date we receive it at our office.
If one or more people from your group cancels, the price per person for the remaining travelers might increase, and you’ll be responsible for paying that difference.
Because we start making arrangements and incur costs as soon as you book, we charge cancellation fees based on how close to the departure date you cancel:

| More than 30 days | 50% of booking cost |
| More than 21 days | 75% of booking cost |
| Less than 21 days | 100% of booking cost |
Please note for Refunds Information:
- Insurance premiums and amendment fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Some parts of your package (like flights or match tickets) cannot be changed or refunded once booked. Cancelling these parts may result in a 100% cancellation fee, in addition to the standard charges above.
- If your reason for cancellation is covered by your travel insurance, you might be able to reclaim some or all of these costs through your policy.
Where possible, we’ll deduct the cancellation charges from any payments you’ve already made.
