Welcome to Football Away Days! These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through our website. Please read them carefully before making your booking. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Paying For Your Arrangements

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. A contract is formed once payment is received and a booking confirmation is issued. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our sole discretion. Your travel details, including destination and match tickets, will be provided approximately 21 days before departure.

2. Accuracy

We work hard to ensure all information on our website and promotional materials is accurate. However, occasional errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.

3. Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all bookings. Your policy should cover personal needs, including pre-existing medical conditions, trip cancellations, and emergencies. We are not liable for any losses if you travel without insurance.

4. Pricing

Prices may change due to fuel costs, taxes, or exchange rates. If your booking price increases by more than 8%, you may cancel for a full refund (excluding insurance and amendment fees). No price changes will be made within 20 days of departure.

5. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved in English courts unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, where local laws may apply.

6. Cutting Your Trip Short

We cannot refund any unused travel services if you cut your trip short unless it’s covered by your insurance policy.

7. If You Change Your Booking & Transfers of Bookings

Changes must be requested in writing by the lead passenger. A £50 fee per person applies, plus any additional costs from suppliers. Bookings may be transferred to another person under specific conditions and with advance notice.

8. If You Cancel Your Booking Before Departure

Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges apply based on how close to the departure date you cancel. These charges may be recoverable through your insurance.

9. If We Change or Cancel

We may make changes or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you’ll be offered a refund, a change of package, or alternative arrangements. Compensation may be offered depending on the situation.

10. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for changes or cancellations due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or political unrest.

11. Special Requests

We will try to meet any special requests (e.g., dietary needs), but they are not guaranteed and do not form part of the contract.

12. Disabilities and Medical Problems

Please inform us of any disabilities or medical issues before booking so we can assess whether we can accommodate your needs safely.

13. Complaints

If you’re unhappy with any part of your trip, please inform us immediately so we can try to resolve it. Unresolved complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of return.

14. Your Behaviour

We expect respectful behavior from all travelers. If your behavior affects others or causes damage, we reserve the right to end your trip without a refund and seek compensation for any losses.

15. Our Responsibilities

We’re responsible for delivering the travel services booked. However, we are not liable for any injury, illness, death, or losses caused by third parties or unforeseeable circumstances.

16. Airline Extras, Local Excursions & Transfers

Extras like meals or seat selection may be subject to change or additional fees. Local excursions or transport not booked with us are outside our responsibility.

17. Insolvency Protection

If we become insolvent, you are protected through our ATOL license. Payments made for flights and packages will be refunded or arranged through the Air Travel Trust.

18. Entry Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements & Health Formalities

It’s your responsibility to ensure you meet all entry and health requirements. We’re not liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing documents

19. Conditions of Suppliers

All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers involved. These may include transport, accommodation, and excursions.

20. Prompt Assistance

If you encounter issues during your trip, contact us immediately. We’ll assist in resolving problems, finding alternatives, or making emergency arrangements.

21. Delays, Missed Transport Arrangements and Other Travel Information

We are not liable for delays or missed transport due to reasons beyond our control. Any claims should be directed to the carrier or through your insurance.

22. Advance Passenger Information

You may be required to provide personal information before travel. Failure to provide this on time may result in denied boarding or entry.

23. Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office Advice

You are responsible for checking travel advice from the FCDO before your trip. We may cancel trips if the FCDO advises against travel to your destination.
